Terms of Service

These terms explain the agreement between you and TableSpot when you browse venues, create an account, make or manage a booking, list a venue, or use our other services.

Effective September 20, 2026

1. About TableSpot

TableSpot is a marketplace that helps guests discover and book independent restaurants, bars, nightlife, wellness, and other participating venues. Each venue is responsible for the services it provides, its listing details, availability, house rules, and the guest experience at the venue. TableSpot is not the venue and does not prepare food, provide treatments, or operate the listed premises.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter this agreement and make the booking you request.
  • Venue owners and staff must be authorized to represent their business and keep listing, availability, pricing, and payment information accurate.

3. Bookings

A booking is subject to live availability and acceptance through TableSpot. Details shown before confirmation may include the date, time, party size, service, deposit or prepayment, minimum spend, and venue-specific conditions. A confirmation does not guarantee a specific table, practitioner, or seating area unless that detail is expressly included.

You must arrive on time, follow the venue’s reasonable rules, and provide accurate contact and guest information. Special requests are requests only and are not guaranteed unless the venue confirms them. See our Cancellation Policy for changes, cancellations, and no-shows.

4. Prices, deposits, and payment

The amount due and currency are shown before payment. Depending on the venue, TableSpot may collect a deposit or prepayment online through Stripe, confirm a booking for payment at the venue, or make online checkout unavailable. A stated minimum spend is separate from the amount charged online and is normally settled with the venue, unless checkout clearly says otherwise.

For online payments, an unpaid booking may be held for 15 minutes and released if payment is not completed. The payment provider’s terms also apply. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any additional condition clearly disclosed before booking.

5. Communications

We may send service messages about your account or bookings by email, in-app notification, and, when you provide a WhatsApp number, WhatsApp. Venues may receive the contact and booking details needed to provide the service and communicate about it. You are responsible for any carrier or messaging charges.

6. Reviews and other content

Content you submit must be honest, relevant, lawful, and must not violate another person’s rights. You keep ownership of your content and give TableSpot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute it for operating and promoting the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create safety, fraud, or legal risks.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse TableSpot, including by:

  • making fraudulent, speculative, duplicate, or automated bookings;
  • interfering with security, availability, or another person’s account;
  • scraping, copying, or reselling the service without permission;
  • submitting unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content; or
  • using TableSpot in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

8. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep information and availability accurate, but listings may be supplied by venues or third-party sources and can change. To the extent permitted by law, TableSpot is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using TableSpot at any time. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect guests, venues, TableSpot, or the public; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law; or enforce these terms. Contact support@tablespotreservations.com to request account closure.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised date here and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use. Questions can be sent to support@tablespotreservations.com.
