Refund Policy

This policy explains when online booking deposits and prepayments are refundable and how eligible refunds are returned.

Effective September 20, 2026

Eligible guest cancellations

If you cancel at least 2 hours before the booking’s start time at the venue, TableSpot will attempt an automatic full refund of the completed online payment linked to that booking. Use the cancellation control in your TableSpot account. See the full Cancellation Policy.

Non-refundable cases

  • cancellation less than 2 hours before the booking;
  • a no-show or failure to use the booked service;
  • amounts paid directly to a venue, which must be addressed with that venue; and
  • a venue charge for goods, services, or minimum-spend balances settled outside TableSpot.

Minimum spend and payment at the venue

A minimum spend shown on a booking is not automatically charged by TableSpot. It is a venue requirement and is normally settled at the venue. When a booking says “payment at the venue,” TableSpot has not collected that amount and cannot issue its refund; contact the venue.

Venue cancellations and payment problems

If a venue cancels and an online payment was completed, TableSpot will attempt to refund the eligible payment. An incomplete or expired checkout is not a completed charge and therefore has nothing to refund. If you see a temporary card authorisation, your bank controls when it is released.

How refunds arrive

Refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times vary, so the credit may not appear immediately. TableSpot cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.

Missing or disputed refunds

If an eligible refund does not appear, email support@tablespotreservations.com with your booking confirmation code and payment date. Do not include a full card number or security code. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right that applies under law.
