Bookings
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to guest cancellations and changes made through TableSpot for table reservations and wellness appointments.
Effective September 20, 2026
Free cancellation window
You may cancel an eligible booking through your TableSpot reservations page. If an online payment was collected, cancellation at least 2 hours before the booked venue-local start time qualifies for an automatic refund under our Refund Policy.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the booking are late cancellations. Online deposits or prepayments are non-refundable for late cancellations. If you do not arrive and the venue marks the booking as a no-show, any deposit or prepayment may be forfeited and repeated no-shows may affect future booking access.
Changes
Table reservations can generally be moved or have their party size changed until the change window closes 2 hours before the seating. Changes depend on live availability. For late changes, appointments, or changes not offered in the app, contact the venue directly. A venue may accept or decline a request at its discretion.
Venue cancellations
A venue may cancel because of closure, safety, staffing, availability, or another operational issue. When the venue cancels a booking with a completed online payment, TableSpot will attempt to return the eligible payment to the original payment method. TableSpot is not responsible for travel or other expenses connected with a cancelled booking.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Reservations, select the booking, and choose Cancel where available. If the control is unavailable or you need help, contact the venue and email support@tablespotreservations.com with your confirmation code. A message alone does not complete a cancellation until the booking status changes or you receive confirmation.
Venue-specific terms
A venue may disclose additional rules for events, large groups, packages, or special services before booking. Where an additional condition conflicts with this general policy, the condition clearly shown and accepted before confirmation applies to that booking, subject to rights that cannot legally be limited.
